1.首先图书馆管理系统分为管理员端和用户端
1.1管理员端:AdminUser::menu()

2.建立三个包(book(书相关的包),operation(操作相关的包),user(使用者相关的包))
2.1再在book包里面建立Book(书籍对象)和BookList(书架)类
